INTRODUCTION

Electric hoist semi-gantry cranes operate in the form of wireless remote controls, wired ground controls and control room controls. The electric hoist semi-gantry crane is a general-purpose crane. It is mostly used in general machinery manufacturing, assembly workshops, warehouses and other places for handling and loading and unloading materials. It is often used in outdoor and open places. And it is used together with CD1, MD1 model electric hoists, which is a small and medium-sized gantry crane travelling on tracks.

Features For Semi-gantry crane

1. Applicable working environment of this kind semi-gantry crane is -20 ℃ - +40 ℃.

2. Semi-gantry crane can be designed on the basis of plant construction requirements, one side of end beam is travelling on crane girder, the other side of end beam is travelling on the ground, it saves production space.

3. Manufacture crane should meet JB/T5663-2008 standard.

4. The welding seam can be handled on site as required, adopt standard E4303.

5. This crane applies as general service, normally used in handling and lifting materials of machine workshop. it has cable control, Remote control and cabin control.

6. Special gear for bottom beam can make larger inside working space of crane.

BMH----single girder hoist semi-gantry crane, capacity 0.5-16t

BMHⅠ----single column type hoist semi-gantry crane, capacity 0.5-5t

BMHN-----European type semi-gantry crane. capacity 0.5-10t
